Our lives get in the way of our moving body and we falsely believe pain is a natural part of life, or that we should move less when we are in pain. The truth is, it’s actually possible to reduce your pain and stiffness with movement alone.
Every body tells a story. We carry our emotional and physical histories in our bodies everywhere we go. Our pasts cause our muscles and tissues to tighten and our energy to get blocked. In order to stay healthy, we have to find a way to move better.
